This sustainable demonstration home is intended to communicate robust and sustainable design as the next generation of project home. Taking into account the repeatability of project homes this home is adaptable to most sites or can be easily extended or reduced to suit budget requirements. The design deliberately encompasses multiple outdoor living spaces and a flexi room to take advantage of natural energy flows maintaining thermal comfort and a diverse range of living requirements. A Central hub provides a pivot point for suitable arrangement of both living and bedroom spaces to suit a multitude of different sites.
