SURFACE Inclusive Design Research Centre is part of the Research Institute for the Built and Human Environment at the University of Salford. Formed in 1999, SURFACE is a centre of excellence for promoting the understanding and practice of inclusion in all aspects of the design and use of the built environment and the external environment.
